There are a few things you want to keep in mind with any anal sex position. You have to have low stress, comfortable positions to keep yourself in. This way it makes it very easy to enter and exit, and you can adjust the positions as your partner gets used to the intense experience that anal sex is. Remember the rules of anal – start small, and bring plenty of lubrication. It isn’t something you can just jump right into, and it definitely takes a lot of work to build up to. But my god, it is worth it.

There isn’t a ton of room to work with as far as anal sex positions go, however. It is more difficult than you would think to have a comfortable position to go with, and again, lots and lots of time is required to do this. The most comfortable position that I have found is having the woman lay on her stomach, and have the man bring her into position by using his hands on her hips. This allows for easy access, as well as the woman being able to just relax and go with the flow.
